One-On-One

HOW YOGA
THERAPY WORKS

Evaluation & Intake

60-90 minutes

During your initial session, you and your Yoga Therapist will discuss your health history and lifestyle. You will also develop a treatment plan and have time to go over any questions.

Sessions

60-75 minutes

You will start off learning Yogic practices and tools specific to you and your goals right away.

During regular sessions, you will review your at home practices and discuss any questions with your Yoga Therapist. You will continue to learn more skills in sessions as you deepen and expand your at home practice.

Home Practice

Developing a personal, consistent personal practice is an integral part of Yoga Therapy.

During your sessions your Yoga Therapist may provide you with written or audio/visual aids.
